Creamed Chip Beef
|Milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Dried chip beef||4 Ounce|
|Corn beef||4 Ounce, thinly sliced|
1. In 4 cup glass measure melt butter (high) 45 seconds.
2. Blend in flour and add milk gradually, stirring constantly.
3. Microwave at high for about 4 minutes, stirring every minute.
4. When sauce is thick and smooth, add beef.
5. Season and serve.
