Egg And Chips
|Crushed potato chips||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Hard-cooked eggs||6 , sliced|
|Cream of mushroom soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||2 Tablespoon|
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Spread 1 cup potato chips in 1-quart greased casserole; add eggs.
Blend soup, milk and onion; season with salt and pepper.
Pour over eggs; sprinkle with remaining potato chips.
Bake for 25 minutes, until bubbly.
