|Corn meal||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Peanut flour||3 Tablespoon (Raw)|
|Corn oil||4 Tablespoon|
|Sea salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Boiling water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
1.Take a mixing bowl and Add cornmeal in it.
2.Add 3 tablespoons of raw peanut flower and sea salt to it.
3.Mix well and Add 1 1/2 cups of water slowly.
4.Prepare dough by mixing well.
5.Add corn oil and knead well.
6.Let the dough settle at room temperature by leaving it covered for 1 hour.
7.Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
8.Take a greased cookie sheet. make small pattoes of dough and place on it.
9.Bake for 45- 50 minutes until brown.
10.Serve warm with dips.
