Cut flour tortillas into wedges. Mix sugar and cinnamon together and set aside. Place a frying pan on medium heat and add in 1/4 inch of oil. When oil is hot place in wedges into oil and fry until golden on both sides. Remove to a cookie sheet lines with paper towels (to drain out oil). When finished frying chips, sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture on both sides of chips, Serve. ENJOY!!!
