Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
  Vegan margarine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Egg replacer 3 Teaspoon (For Equivalent Of 2 Eggs, To Mix With Water)
  Water 4 Teaspoon (For Equivalent Of 2 Eggs, To Mix With Egg Replacer)
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Vegan chocolate chips 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Cream margarine and sugar until fluffy. Add vanilla, salt, egg replacer mixture, flour and baking soda. Blend well. Stir in chocolate chips. Form dough into small balls and place on greased baking sheet. Bake at 375°F for 9-12 mins.
