|Vegetable oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Crushed garlic||2 Clove (10 gm)|
Slice each bagel horizontally in 6 pieces.
In small pan, saute garlic in 1 tablespoon butter or margarine until lightly browned.
Add remaining ingredients; stir until margarine is melted.
Spread bagels out on cookie sheet.
Brush both sides of bagel slices with mixture.
Bake at 375 for 5 minutes on each side.
Baking time may vary according to oven and how thin bagels are sliced.
After bagels are cooled, place in airtight container.
