Chilli Chicken With Corn Chips
|Chicken thigh fillet||440 Gram, finely chopped|
|Tomato puree||250 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
|Mild chili sauce||125 Milliliter|
|Finely chopped fresh parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Cheese flavored corn chips||200 Gram (1 Packet)|
|Grated cheese||125 Gram (1 Cup, Tasty)|
|Finely chopped fresh parsley||1 Tablespoon (Extra)|
|Green onions||4 , finely chopped|
1. Heat butter in large saucepan; cook chicken, stirring, until browned all over.
2. Stir in puree, sauce and parsley; simmer about 5 minutes or until sauce is thickened and chicken is cooked through.
3. Place chips in large flameproof dish. Top with chicken mixture; sprinkle with cheese. Grill until cheese is melted; serve sprinkled with extra parsley and onion.
4. Serve with salad, if desired.
