Chilli Chicken With Corn Chips

Ingredients
  Butter 40 Gram
  Chicken thigh fillet 440 Gram, finely chopped
  Tomato puree 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Mild chili sauce 125 Milliliter
  Finely chopped fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Cheese flavored corn chips 200 Gram (1 Packet)
  Grated cheese 125 Gram (1 Cup, Tasty)
  Finely chopped fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon (Extra)
  Green onions 4 , finely chopped
Directions

1. Heat butter in large saucepan; cook chicken, stirring, until browned all over.
2. Stir in puree, sauce and parsley; simmer about 5 minutes or until sauce is thickened and chicken is cooked through.
3. Place chips in large flameproof dish. Top with chicken mixture; sprinkle with cheese. Grill until cheese is melted; serve sprinkled with extra parsley and onion.
4. Serve with salad, if desired.
