Corn Chip Dogs
|Prepared mustard||3 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Corn chips||2 Cup (32 tbs), crushed|
|Hot dog rolls||4 , toasted|
1. Prepare the grill so the coals are medium-hot.
2. Coat the frankfurters well with the mustard. Spread the corn chips on a sheet of wax paper. Roll the coated frankfurters in the corn chips.
3. Grill the frankfurters 4 inches from the heat for 4 minutes on each or until well glazed. Pile the frankfurters into a basket.
