Original Choc Chip Cookies

Ingredients
  Butter 8 Ounce, softened (250 Grams)
  Brown sugar 5 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Cup Or 170 Grams)
  Egg 1
  Self raising flour 6 Ounce (1 1/2 Cup Or 60 Grams)
  Plain flour 2 Ounce (1/2 Cup Or 60 Grams)
  Desiccated coconut 1 1⁄2 Ounce (45 Grams)
  Chocolate chips 7 Ounce (220 Grams)
  Hazelnuts 6 Ounce, toasted and roughly chopped (185 Grams)
Directions

1. Place butter and sugar in a bowl and beat until light and fluffy. Beat in egg.
2. Add self-raising flour, plain flour, coconut, chocolate chips and hazelnuts to butter mixture and mix to combine.
3. Drop tablespoons of mixture onto greased baking trays and bake at 180°C/350°F/Gas 4 for 12-15 minutes or until cookies are golden. Transfer to wire racks to cool.
