Original Choc Chip Cookies
|Butter||8 Ounce, softened (250 Grams)|
|Brown sugar||5 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Cup Or 170 Grams)|
|Self raising flour||6 Ounce (1 1/2 Cup Or 60 Grams)|
|Plain flour||2 Ounce (1/2 Cup Or 60 Grams)|
|Desiccated coconut||1 1⁄2 Ounce (45 Grams)|
|Chocolate chips||7 Ounce (220 Grams)|
|Hazelnuts||6 Ounce, toasted and roughly chopped (185 Grams)|
1. Place butter and sugar in a bowl and beat until light and fluffy. Beat in egg.
2. Add self-raising flour, plain flour, coconut, chocolate chips and hazelnuts to butter mixture and mix to combine.
3. Drop tablespoons of mixture onto greased baking trays and bake at 180°C/350°F/Gas 4 for 12-15 minutes or until cookies are golden. Transfer to wire racks to cool.
