|Chopped ripe olives||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped pickle relish||1 Tablespoon|
|Potato chips||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
Chop eggs, add olives, salt, pickle relish and just enough mayon- naise to hold ingredients together.
Place a scant tablespoon on a fresh, crisp potato chip.
Garnish with tiny strips of pimiento and serve at once.
