|Idaho potatoes||2 Medium|
|Corn flakes/Wheat flake crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||3 Tablespoon|
|Sesame seed||1 Tablespoon|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. Scrub but do not pare potatoes. Cut in half lengthwise, then cut each half lengthwise into 4 or 5 wedges.
2. Combine half of crumbs with cheese and half with sesame seed.
3. Melt butter in a shallow glass dish in microwave oven (45 seconds at HIGH).
4. Dip potato wedges in melted butter and generously coat half with each crumb mixture. Arrange in a shallow glass baking dish. Cover with waxed paper. Cook in microwave oven 6 to 7 minutes at HIGH, or until potato is tender.
