Oven Baked Potato Chips

Ingredients
  Idaho potato 1 Large
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 400°
2. Scrub the potato well and cut it crosswise into 1/8-inch-thick slices.
3. Lightly coat a large baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange the potato slices in one layer (overlapping them slightly if necessary) then spray the slices lightly with cooking spray. Sprinkle lightly with paprika.
4. Bake the chips 30 minutes, turning once, then reduce the heat to 300°. Bake another 15 to 20 minutes, or until the chips are crisp and browned.
