Mini Chip Cookies
|Flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Baking soda||1 Teaspoon|
|Butter||1 Cup (16 tbs), softened|
|Brown sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Mini chocolate chips||12 Ounce (semi-sweet)|
Preheat oven to 350°.
Mix together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
Cream together butter and sugars. Add egg and vanilla and mix well. Add flour mixture and mix well. Stir in mini choco late chips.
Roll dough into small (3/4" diameter) balls.Place balls 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheets. flatten it.
Bake at 350° for 9-10 minutes. Watch cookies carefully. Remove them from the oven just as the edges begin to brown. The centers of the cookies will look almost uncooked.
