Ingredients
  Boiling potatoes 3 Pound, cut crosswise into 1/8 inch slices (White Colored)
  Butter 4 Tablespoon, melted
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Preheat oven to 500° F.
Lightly grease 2 baking sheets.
Place potato slices in a single layer on baking sheets and brush generously with butter.
Bake 15 minutes or until potatoes are crisp and browned around the edges.
Transfer to a heated platter and season with salt and pepper.
