Mint Chip Ice Cream

Ingredients
  Eggs 3
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Evaporated milk 26 Ounce (2 Cans, 13 Ounce Each)
  Peppermint extract 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Green food coloring 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Milk chocolate 6 Ounce, grated to make 1 1/2 cups
Directions

Beat eggs and sugar in large mixing bowl until well blended.
Stir in evaporated milk, peppermint extract and food coloring.
Gently stir in grated chocolate.
Refrigerate until well chilled.
Pour into ice cream freezer container.
