Mint Chip Ice Cream
|Sugar||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Evaporated milk||26 Ounce (2 Cans, 13 Ounce Each)|
|Peppermint extract||3⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Green food coloring||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Milk chocolate||6 Ounce, grated to make 1 1/2 cups|
Beat eggs and sugar in large mixing bowl until well blended.
Stir in evaporated milk, peppermint extract and food coloring.
Gently stir in grated chocolate.
Refrigerate until well chilled.
Pour into ice cream freezer container.
