When I was in Japan, a friend sent me some classic New Zealand tomato sauce and a tomato shaped tomato sauce dispenser to remind me of home.
So, before I left, I decided to eat some chips, kiwi-style.
3 Medium, peeled (cut into strips)
300 Milliliter (For deep frying)
1. Preheat oil in the frying pan and fry the potatoes.
2. Fry until golden brown and crisp.
3. Once done remove and place it on a paper towel and then sprinkle salt to taste.
4. Cover the potato chips in paper and allow it to absorb all the excess oil.
