Hot Chips

When I was in Japan, a friend sent me some classic New Zealand tomato sauce and a tomato shaped tomato sauce dispenser to remind me of home. So, before I left, I decided to eat some chips, kiwi-style.
Ingredients
  Potatoes 3 Medium, peeled (cut into strips)
  Oil 300 Milliliter (For deep frying)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. Preheat oil in the frying pan and fry the potatoes.
2. Fry until golden brown and crisp.
3. Once done remove and place it on a paper towel and then sprinkle salt to taste.
4. Cover the potato chips in paper and allow it to absorb all the excess oil.

SERVING
5. Serve the Hot Chips with tomato sauce.
