Mini Chip Snowball Cookies
|Butter||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), softened (3 Sticks)|
|Powdered sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Tablespoon|
|All purpose flour||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Semi sweet chocolate morsels||12 Ounce (1 Package / 2 Cups, Toll House, Mini Type)|
|Finely chopped pecans||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Powdered sugar||2 Tablespoon (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
Beat butter, 3/4 cup powdered sugar, vanilla and salt in large mixer bowl.
Gradually beat in flour; stir in morsels and pecans.
Shape level tablespoonfuls of dough into 1-inch balls.
Place on ungreased baking sheets.
Bake in preheated 375°F. oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until cookies are set and lightly browned.
Remove from oven.
Sift powdered sugar over hot cookies on baking sheets.
Let stand for 10 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
Sprinkle with additional powdered sugar if desired.
Store in airtight containers.
