Crush potato chips.
Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
Add 2 sticks of softened butter.
Add 2 tbsp vanilla, Mix until blended.
Shape, then flatten. Bake the cookies in the oven.
Melt chocolate bar in a pan of hot water.
Line a cup with zip lock polybag and pou in the melted chocolate.
Push the chocolate to one corner of the polybag and twist the polybag from top to form a cone. Snip the bottom with a pair of scissor.
Decorate the cookies with lines of melted chocolate.
