Vegetable Chow Mein

Vegetable chow mein is a very nutritious Chinese cuisine. It is made by stir frying egg noodles with vegetables like chopped cabbage, onions, carrots, bell peppers, beans, soy sauce, chillie sauce and vinegar. Other variants can be bamboo shoots, water chestnuts, peapods, bean sprouts, celery or corn.
