Black Cod With Chinese Mustard Sauce
|Dry mustard||2 Teaspoon|
|Cod steaks||8 Ounce (Black Colored)|
|Sesame oil||2 Teaspoon|
Start coals in grill.
Blend 1 tablespoon shoyu with honey, mustard, and mirin.
Let sauce sit 15 minutes, then taste (add more mustard if you like it very hot).
Brush cod on both sides with a mixture of sesame oil and 1 tablespoon shoyu.
Place cod over medium hot coals and grill or broil for 7 to 8 minutes per side.
Have mustard sauce in individual dipping bowls at each plate, unless you know each other well enough to share.
