Chinese Cabbage With Horseradish Cream
|Shredded chinese cabbage||14 Ounce|
|Horseradish sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Sour cream||2 Tablespoon (CrÃ¨me Fraiche)|
Rinse and drain the Chinese cabbage, and put in a dish with 2-3 tablespoons of water.
Cover and microwave on HIGH for 6 minutes.
Mix together the egg, mustard, horseradish sauce and sour cream (creme fraiche).
Stir the mixture into the cabbage, recover and cook for 2 minutes on HIGH.
