Szechuan Style Cottage Cheese & Bean Sprouts
|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm), chopped (Large Cloves)|
|Celery||1 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Onions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Ginger||1 Teaspoon, chopped|
|Red chili paste||2 Teaspoon|
|Szechuan sauce||3 Tablespoon (Ready Made)|
|Cottage cheese||80 Gram, cubed (1/2 Cup)|
|Bean sprouts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Spinach leaves||8 , stemmed|
1 In a broad pan or a wok, heat the oil.
2 Add in the garlic, celery, onion, ginger and sauté for a few seconds.
3 Add in the chili paste, Schezuan sauce and salt, mix well.
4 Add in the cottage cheese, bean sprouts and spinach.
5 Toss lightly to coat well.
6 Transfer to a serving bowl and serve immediately.
