Szechuan Style Cottage Cheese & Bean Sprouts

Ingredients
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), chopped (Large Cloves)
  Celery 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Ginger 1 Teaspoon, chopped
  Red chili paste 2 Teaspoon
  Szechuan sauce 3 Tablespoon (Ready Made)
  Cottage cheese 80 Gram, cubed (1/2 Cup)
  Bean sprouts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Spinach leaves 8 , stemmed
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1 In a broad pan or a wok, heat the oil.
2 Add in the garlic, celery, onion, ginger and sauté for a few seconds.
3 Add in the chili paste, Schezuan sauce and salt, mix well.
4 Add in the cottage cheese, bean sprouts and spinach.
5 Toss lightly to coat well.

SERVING
6 Transfer to a serving bowl and serve immediately.
