  Fresh pork 1⁄4 Pound, thinly sliced
  Peanut oil 4 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Barbecued pork 1⁄4 Pound, shredded
  Soy sauce 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Sliced mushrooms 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sliced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onion 1 Small, sliced
  Green pepper 1⁄4 , sliced
  Bean sprouts 1 Pound (Fresh Or Canned)
  Water chestnuts 4 , sliced
  Bamboo shoots 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), sliced
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

Saute fresh pork slices in peanut oil and salt about 2 minutes add barbecued pork and soy sauce and mix well.
Add mush- rooms, celery, onion, pepper,and cook rapidly for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Add bean-sprouts, Water chestnuts, and bamboo shoots, mix well, and cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Blend together the flour, soy sauce, and water to make sauce, add to mixture, and steam undercover for 2 minutes.
