Fresh And Salt Pork Soup With Bamboo Shoots

|Salt pork||1⁄4 Pound|
|Chicken stock||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
|Bamboo shoots||2 , sliced|
|Scallion stalk||1 , chopped fine|
Cut the fresh and salt pork into slices 1 inch long and 1/2 inch wide.
Put in a saucepan with the chicken stock.
Bring to a boil and simmer for about 7 minutes.
Add the ginger and bamboo shoots and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add sherry, salt and pepper.
Serve in a deep bowl, garnished with scallions.
