Ingredients
  Chicken 3 Pound, cut in serving pieces (1 Chicken, 2 1/2 To 3 Pound)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Monosodium glutamate 1 Teaspoon
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1 Dash
  Orange juice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flaked coconut 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Hot cooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Sprinkle chicken with salt and monosodium glutamate; brown in butter in skillet.
Remove; add flour, sugar, and spices to drippings.
Mix to paste; add orange juice gradually.
Cook, stirring, until thickened; add chicken and raisins.
Cover.
Simmer for 40 minutes.
Place on serving platter, sprinkle with coconut, serve with hot cooked rice
