Chinese Style Pork Chops
Dredge pork chops in sugar.
Brown in saucepan.
Add onion slices and water to barely cover and simmer until done.
Remove, add sliced cabbage and cook until done.
Combine 1 cup water, 1 t. soy sauce and 1 t. cornstarch.
Add to cabbage and thicken.
Return chops to reheat and serve.
Other vegetables may be added to this for variety.
