Ingredients
  Cubed veal 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Cubed pork 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 1 Tablespoon
  Mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Diced celery 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Diced green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Minute rice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Mushroom soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Chicken rice soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Water 1 1⁄2 Can (15 oz)
  Cashew nuts 1⁄4 Pound
Directions

Roll meat in flour; brown in butter in skillet.
Put in large bowl; add remaining ingredients except nuts.
Mix well.
Bake in uncovered 9 1/2 x 13 inch baking dish 1 hour and 10 minutes at 325 degrees, stirring occasionally.
Add nuts; bake 20 minutes longer.
