Pork Chow Mein
|Finely cut strips round steak||1 Pound|
|Fine strips pork steak||1⁄2 Pound|
|Chopped celery||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Medium, finely chopped|
|Brown sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped mushrooms||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Bean sprouts||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Water chestnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
|Chow mein noodles||1 Can (10 oz)|
Brown strips of round steak and pork steak in butter; add celery and onion.
Simmer until done.
Add brown sauce and soy sauce.
Add mushrooms, bean sprouts and water chestnuts.
Cook until bean sprouts are hot.
Serve over cooked rice and sprinkle chow mein noodles over the top.
