Chinese Pork And Vegetables
|Sliced celery||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Fresh mushrooms||1⁄2 Pound, sliced|
|Green pepper||1 Medium, sliced|
|Sweet red pepper||1 Medium, sliced|
|Onion||1 Medium, sliced|
|Cubed cooked pork||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Beef broth||10 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Soy sauce||3 Tablespoon|
|Black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Place celery and butter in a 3 qt.glass casserole dish.
Cover and microwave 2 to 3 minutes.
Stir in remaining vegetables.
Cover and microwave 5 to 7 minutes or until tender.
Stir once during cooking.
Stir in pork.
Combine broth, cornstarch, soy sauce and pepper.
Pour over meat.
Cover and microwave 8 to 10 minutes, stirring twice during cooking.
