Chinese Mustard Greens Soup

This Chinese Mustard Greens Soup is simply fabulous ! If you are sport for a light and flavorful appetizer for your meal tonight, try out this Chinese Mustar out this soup ! This mustard greens appetizer tastes just as good with Chinese Cabbage, Swiss Chard or Western-styled mustard greens ! Do let me know what you think about this soup !
  Lean pork 1⁄2 Pound
  Chicken broth 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Chinese mustard greens 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon

Cut pork into thin slices 1 1/2 inches by 1/2 inch and put in a saucepan with the broth and bring to a boil.
Lower the heat and simmer for about 20 minutes.
Add Chinese mustard greens which have been cut into 1 inch pieces, bring to a boil again and simmer for 2 minutes.
Just before serving, add the soy sauce and season to taste.
Serve very hot in a deep bowl.

I tried a similar soup in a Chinatown restaurant and have been searching for the recipe. The one I had also contained egg drop!
