Chinese Mustard Greens Soup
|Lean pork||1⁄2 Pound|
|Chicken broth||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
|Chinese mustard greens||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Cut pork into thin slices 1 1/2 inches by 1/2 inch and put in a saucepan with the broth and bring to a boil.
Lower the heat and simmer for about 20 minutes.
Add Chinese mustard greens which have been cut into 1 inch pieces, bring to a boil again and simmer for 2 minutes.
Just before serving, add the soy sauce and season to taste.
Serve very hot in a deep bowl.
