Chicken Chop Suey
|Sliced celery||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cooked cubed chicken||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Canned water chestnuts||16 Ounce, sliced and undrained|
|Canned bean sprouts||1 Pound (Undrained)|
|Canned mushroom stems and pieces||4 Ounce|
|Soy sauce||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Canned chow mein noodles/Hot cooked rice||3 Ounce|
Place celery and butter in a 3 qt.glass casserole dish.
Cover and microwave 3 to 4 minutes or until tender.
Stir once during cooking.
Add chicken and vegetables.
Combine soy sauce and cornstarch.
Stir into vegetable mixture.
Cover and microwave 14 to 16 minutes.
Stir twice during cooking.
