Chicken Chop Suey

This Chop Suey surprises you with the flavors packed into it. For those who loves the strong taste of the deadly combination of chicken and veggies, this is defintely the dish for you. Try this Chop Suey for once, I bet, you will get a lot of compliments for this one!!
Ingredients
  Sliced celery 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Cooked cubed chicken 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Canned water chestnuts 16 Ounce, sliced and undrained
  Canned bean sprouts 1 Pound (Undrained)
  Canned mushroom stems and pieces 4 Ounce
  Soy sauce 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Cornstarch 3 Tablespoon
  Canned chow mein noodles/Hot cooked rice 3 Ounce
Directions

Place celery and butter in a 3 qt.glass casserole dish.
Cover and microwave 3 to 4 minutes or until tender.
Stir once during cooking.
Add chicken and vegetables.
Combine soy sauce and cornstarch.
Stir into vegetable mixture.
Cover and microwave 14 to 16 minutes.
Stir twice during cooking.
