Chinese Style Vegetables is a delicious mouth-watering recipe. Try this amazingly irresistible Chinese Style Vegetables dish; I bet you will get a lot of compliments for this one!
Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Cabbage 1 Small, shredded
  Sliced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sliced onions 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Canned bamboo shoots 8 Ounce (Drained)
  Canned water chestnuts 8 Ounce, drained and sliced
  Green pepper 1 Medium, thinly sliced
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Place butter in a 3 qt.glass casserole dish.
Microwave 1 minute or until melted.
Add remaining ingredients except green pepper and soy sauce.
Cover and microwave 14 to 16 minutes, stirring twice during cooking.
Add green pepper during last 5 minutes of cooking.
Stir in soy sauce.
