Chinese Style Vegetables
|Cabbage||1 Small, shredded|
|Sliced celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sliced onions||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Canned bamboo shoots||8 Ounce (Drained)|
|Canned water chestnuts||8 Ounce, drained and sliced|
|Green pepper||1 Medium, thinly sliced|
|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
Place butter in a 3 qt.glass casserole dish.
Microwave 1 minute or until melted.
Add remaining ingredients except green pepper and soy sauce.
Cover and microwave 14 to 16 minutes, stirring twice during cooking.
Add green pepper during last 5 minutes of cooking.
Stir in soy sauce.
