Shrimp Toast

This crispy shrimp toast makes my party cocoktail taste mindblowing ! I savor these crunchy fried shrimp bread with my favorite dip as an afternoon snack too ! Do make these shrimp toasts for your next big family event. Feel free to comment about this dish here !
  Cooked shrimps 1 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped
  Water chestnuts 4
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Ground ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Bread 20
  Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)

Peel and finely chop the water chestnuts and mix well with shrimp, egg, ginger, salt and pepper.
Spread generously on rounds of bread.
Heat a pan and fill up to 2 inches of oil; when it is very hot, turn down the heat and lower the shrimps on the bread into the oil and let fry for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until they are golden brown.
Remove from the oil and let them drain.
Serve very hot.
May be served as an appetizer with cocktails.
