Ingredients
  Flour 500 Gram, sieved
  Warm water 350 Milliliter
  Minced pork 500 Gram
  Sugar 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Corn flour 1 Teaspoon
  Water 4 Teaspoon
  Chicken essence 1 Teaspoon
  Sesame oil 1 Teaspoon
  Rum 1 Teaspoon
  Parsley 1 Teaspoon, cut in small pieces
  Chives 1 Teaspoon, cut in small pieces
  Chopped ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Chinese cabbage 1 , Cut into 6 pieces
Directions

stift flour onto table knest into a soft dough and roll into a long cylinder, divide into portions and roll it thin , put filling in boiling hot water put 12 dumplings in til the water boiling again, turn down the heat add half cup of water ( for doing it 3 times, water boiling add 3 times half cup water, it is done )
