Chinese Fried Rice
|Finely diced cooked ham/Finely diced cooked chicken / pork||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Salad oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Canned broiled sliced mushrooms||3 Ounce, drained|
|Chilled cooked rice||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Finely chopped green onion||1 Teaspoon|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Well beaten egg||1|
Brown meat in hot oil; add mushrooms, rice, onion, and soy sauce.
Continue to fry over low heat 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the well beaten egg and continue to stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes or until egg is set.
Add additional soy sauce if you prefer a darker color.
