Chinese Fried Rice

Ingredients
  Finely diced cooked ham/Finely diced cooked chicken / pork 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Canned broiled sliced mushrooms 3 Ounce, drained
  Chilled cooked rice 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Finely chopped green onion 1 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Well beaten egg 1
Directions

Brown meat in hot oil; add mushrooms, rice, onion, and soy sauce.
Continue to fry over low heat 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the well beaten egg and continue to stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes or until egg is set.
Add additional soy sauce if you prefer a darker color.
