Chow Mein Sandwiches
|Ground pork||1 Pound|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned chopsuey vegetables||16 Ounce|
|Soy sauce||3 Tablespoon|
|Can chowmein noodles||1 1⁄2 Ounce|
In skillet cook ground pork and onion till meat is browned.
Drain off fat.
Stir in chop suey vegetables.
Combine soy sauce, cornstarch, and 1/3 cup cold water; stir into meat mixture.
Cook about 2 minutes or till thickened and bubbly, stirring to coat vegetables and meat.
Split and toast buns; spoon meat mixture onto bottom halves of buns.
Crumble chow mein noodles on top of meat mixture; cover with top halves of buns.
