Chinese Hamburger

Ingredients
  Hamburger 1 Pound
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Cooking oil 2 Tablespoon
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Canned mushroom 10 1⁄2 Ounce
  Canned chicken soup 10 1⁄2 Ounce
  Soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Uncooked rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned chinese noodles 1 Can (10 oz)
Directions

Brown hamburger and onion in cooking oil; add celery and simmer until tender.
Combine soups, soy sauce, water and rice; mix well.
Add hamburger; pour into 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Remove cover and bake 15 minutes longer; pour Chinese noodles over top and bake an additional 15 minutes.
