Pork Chops In Chinese Rice are my families favorite pork dish. I have been making this filling and delicious dish for a few years now. This Pork Chops In Chinese Rice recipe is simple fantastic.
Ingredients
  Chinese vegetables 1 Can (10 oz)
  Pork chops 6 Large
  Brown rice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Curry powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Drain vegetables; add enough water to juice to make 2 1/2 cups liquid.
Brown chops slowly on both sides; season with salt and pepper.
Wash rice; combine with curry powder, mushroom soup, vegetables and vegetable juice in 2 quart flat casserole.
Place browned chops on top of rice.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
