Chow Mein Casserole
|Boiling water||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Uncooked converted rice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Chopped celery||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Instant minced onion||3 Tablespoon|
|Condensed chicken with rice soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Canned mushroom stems and pieces||4 Ounce, drained (Use 1 Can)|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Brown sugar||1 Tablespoon|
Heat oven to 350Â°.
Mix water, rice and salt; cover.
Cook and stir ground beef, celery and onion until meat is brown.
Drain off fat.
Mix all ingredients.
Pour into greased 2 quart casserole.
Cover tightly; bake 30 minutes.
Uncover and stir; bake 30 minutes longer.
