Mock Chop Suey

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Diced celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mushroom soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Cream of chicken soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Water 1 Can (10 oz)
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Minute rice 1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked
Directions

Brown ground beef, celery and onion.
Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
Put mixture in large casserole dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes or until done.
