Chinese Beef Casserole is a tasty and filling meat preparation that is perfect for your dinner parties or even a formal get together at home or outside. I am sure you will get hooked to this Chinese Beef Casserole recipe.
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Chopped celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Mushroom||1⁄2 Can (5 oz)|
|Cream of chicken soup||1⁄2 Can (5 oz)|
|Water||10 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Soy sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Rice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Cook ground beef in skillet just until meat loses pink color.
Mix meat with remainingngredients.
Pour into 2-quart casserole.
Bake at 325 to 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Serve over Chinese noodles
