Chinese Cabbage With Mushrooms
|Chinese cabbage||1 Medium, washed and cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces|
|Fresh mushrooms||1⁄2 Pound, diced|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Melted butter||4 Tablespoon|
Place cabbage, mushrooms, salt and water in cooker.
Close cover and set pressure control in place.
When pressure is reached and control jiggles gently, cook for 3 minutes.
Cool cooker at once under running water.
Put vegetables in serving dish and pour melted butter on top.
