1 Pound, cut diagonally into winch slices (Bok Choy)
3 , cut diagonally into 0.25 inch slices
Heat oil in the wok.
Brown and discard the ginger slice.
Stir fry the bok choy and celery for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add the salt, sugar, and chicken broth.
Cover and heat for 1 minute.
Serve at once sprinkled with a little sesame oil.
