Stir-Fried Chinese Celery Cabbage

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Root ginger slice 1
  Chinese celery cabbage 1 Pound, cut diagonally into winch slices (Bok Choy)
  Celery stalks 3 , cut diagonally into 0.25 inch slices
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chicken broth 3 Tablespoon
  Sesame oil 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Heat oil in the wok.
Brown and discard the ginger slice.
Stir fry the bok choy and celery for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add the salt, sugar, and chicken broth.
Cover and heat for 1 minute.
Serve at once sprinkled with a little sesame oil.
