Fried Wontons

Ingredients
  Hamburger 2 Pound
  Ground pork 1 Pound
  Green onions 3 , chopped
  Minced parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Canned water chestnuts 6 , chopped
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Salad oil 1 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Peanut oil 12 Ounce (1 Bottle)
Directions

Heat oil in wok to 350 degrees.
Brush cornstarch on each won ton skin; cover with a towel until ready to use.
Mix all ingredients, except skins and oil, until well mixed.
Place 1 tsp.meat mixture in center of skin, then spread over half of the skin.
Fold in half, then wet one side with water and fold again.
Cook in hot oil, turning once, about 1 or 2 minutes or till lightly browned.
Drain and serve with sweet and sour sauce.
Makes approximately 100 won tons.
