Chinese Chicken Wings Microwave Method
Adapted from Sharp Microwave and Convection Cookbook.
|Soy sauce||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Dry sherry||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Hoisin sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Grated ginger||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Mix oil, soy sauce, honey, dry sherry, garlic, hoisin sauce and ginger together.
Pour over chicken wings.
Allow to marinate overnight.
Place on a microwave roasting rack, cook for 16-18 minutes on MEDIUM HIGH, turn over halfway through cooking.
