Chinese Pork Roast is an amazing pork preparation which you really have to try at home. I served it at the last party and my guests loved it. Try this Chinese Pork Roast recipe and you will understand why.
Ingredients
  Chicken stock 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm)
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pork roast 3 1⁄2 Pound
Directions

Mix above ingredients for marinade; pour over roast.
Marinate in covered glass dish in rerigerator for 24 hours.
Bake roast at 325 degrees for about 2 hours and 30 minutes, allowing 35 to 40 minutes per pound
