Chinese Rice

Ingredients
  Brown rice 4 Cup (64 tbs), cooked
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Nutritional yeast 1 Tablespoon
  Essence of sweet herbs 1 Tablespoon
  Cooked meat 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced
  Celery stalk with leaves 3 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Eggs 3 , beaten
Directions

Saute rice in oil in large pan.
Add onion, salt, yeast, essence, meat and celery and mix thoroughly.
Make hollow in center of mixture and pour beaten eggs into this.
Cover.
When eggs are half cooked, stir to distribute throughout mixture.
Cook a few seconds more.
Garnish with bean sprouts before serving.
