Simple Chicken Chow Mein
|Cooked chicken/Turkey||2 Cup (32 tbs), diced|
|Celery||1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced|
|Chopped green onions||2 Tablespoon|
|Condensed cream of mushroom soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Pineapple tidbits||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Or Chunks)|
|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Chow mein noodles||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Combine all ingredients except noodles; mix well.
Gently fold in 1 cup noodles.
Spoon mixture into 8 inch square baking dish.
Sprinkle with remaining noodles.
Bake in 350Â°F toaster oven approximately 40 minutes or until casserole is hot.
Serve with additional soy sauce if desired.
