Chinese Chicken Wings

The chinese chicken wings are prepared with soy sauce and hoisin sauce and cooked in the oven. Made with oriental flavors, the chinese chicken wings are also flavored with honey and ginger along with dry sherry. It is roasted with sprinkled sesame seeds on top. Adapted from Sharp Microwave and Convection Cookbook.
Ingredients
  Chicken wings 12
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Dry sherry 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Hoisin sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Grated ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sesame seeds 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1.
Mix oil, soy sauce, honey, dry sherry, garlic, hoisin sauce and ginger together.
2.
Pour over chicken wings.
Allow to marinate overnight.
3.
Preheat oven 200°C.
4.
Sprinkle chicken wings with sesame seeds.
5.
Place on Low Rack, cook for 14-18 minutes on HIGH MIX-ROAST 200°C
