Baked Chop Suey
|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Celery||1 Cup (16 tbs), diced|
|Water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Uncooked rice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Mushroom soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Cream of chicken soup/Chicken with rice||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Canned chow mein noodles/Potato chips / buttered crumbs||6 Ounce|
Brown hamburger and onion; mix with remaining ingredients except noodles.
Place in baking dish; bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes, stirring once.
Cover with chow mein noodles and continue baking for 10 to 15 minutes.
If desired, potato chips or buttered crumbs may be substituted for noodles.
